View of Dingle, or "An Daingean" as it's called in Gaelic, on our walk down into town from the B&B. On this west part of Ireland, all of a sudden the signs are no longer in English, they are in Gaelic in an effort to keep the culture and language vibrant in Ireland.

We arrived in Dublin around 10 am, and we picked up our rental car, a SEAT car, right hand drive of course and manual transmission. Jake picked up on driving on the left without any problems. I was a bit of a wreck, especially on narrow roads, but we made it. We drove from Dublin to Dingle, a gorgeous coastal town on the southwest coast of Ireland. We walked around the colorful town boasting 50+ pubs for it's 1500 residents. From our B&B, the Pax guest house, we could see Fungi, the resident dolphin that lives in the little bay, with the help of some binoculars. After our walk around town we took a scenic drive around the Slea Head on the dingle peninsula. We didn't get too lost, and managed to find our way back despite rain and darkness and Gaelic signs.
